Maplewood Leases

Cornell University recognizes the important role that housing plays in supporting the missions of the institution.  Under the university's operating agreement with Greystar, the property management company for Maplewood, Cornell has the opportunity to offer a limited number of units for lease to benefits-eligible faculty and staff interested in living at Maplewood. Units are available on a first-come basis and will be available for lease under this program until May 1, 2022. New leases are for the period of August 20, 2022 - July 31, 2023.

Dual Career Program

The Cornell Dual Career Program offers job search information and assistance to dual career spouses or partners of:

• faculty who hold or being considered for a Cornell University tenured or tenure track position.
• staff who hold or being considered for a  Band H or higher non-academic position with a term of at least two years.

The Dual Career Program is also available to provide assistance in targeted academic recruitment efforts or retention issues in response to a specific request by a provost, vice provost or dean, or, in the case of a nonacademic recruitment effort, a vice president, or the human resource director of the college/unit.

Emergency CARE Fund

The Emergency Cornellians Aiding and Responding to Employees (CARE) Fund offers financial assistance to faculty and staff who have experienced an unanticipated emergency-related financial hardship. Support also includes travel to NYC for current employees for medical care or other emergencies.
