State and Local Laws

In addition to complying with federal, state, and local laws that apply to Cornell employees working in New York State, Cornell will also comply with applicable state and local laws in the non-New York State jurisdictions where its employees work. Therefore, if those applicable state and local laws in the non-New York State jurisdictions provide greater or additional benefits or protections not available under university policies, the university will comply with the applicable state and local laws.
