Dragon Day:

Be a part of one of Cornell's most colorful traditions! Dragon Day is an exuberant rite of spring celebrated with a parade featuring a giant dragon constructed by the first-year architecture class. 

Employee Appreciation Events:

Volunteers are always needed for events throughout the year, such as our Employee Celebrations, Bring a Child To Work Day, and the Jennie T. Farley Office Professionals luncheon.

Employee Assembly:

Support shared governance at Cornell and help advocate for staff interests.

Cornell Green Ambassadors:

Leadership program design to empower, equip, and engage staff and faculty as peer educators to facilitate a culture of environmental, economic and social sustainability within their own workgroups.


Join the fun as Student and Campus Life welcomes students back to campus.

Cornell Public Service Center:

Service organization connecting Cornell students, faculty, and alumni with community organizations.

Cornell Retiree Volunteer Opportunities:

Connecting retirees with their surrounding communities in a variety of volunteer opportunities run through Cornell and other local agencies.


Every June, over 7,000 Cornellians and their families come back to Ithaca for their class Reunion.

Sustainability Governance Committee:

Networking group of staff, faculty and students interested in sustainability engagement and outreach to further Cornell’s campus sustainability goals.

Slope Day: 

Support a safe and enjoyable springtime celebration for students.

Soup & Hope:

Speaker series that inspires, motivates, and stirs the hearts of those who gather during winter months at Sage Chapel, over bowls of hot soup and bread.
