[Auto-generated.] Hello, my name is Tim. I'm with MetLife and today I'm going to talk to you about your vision insurance options that are available through MetLife. Davis Vision Program from Cornell University. Davis Vision by MetLife. Savings Choice and Convenience discover a plan that will help you save on vision services like your eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. Through the Davis Vision Plan, you're going to have access to thousands of eye care professionals across the country, so you'll be able to choose if you'd like to use a mom and pop shop, a local provider, someone that's an independent provider. We have many done in our many, vision providers in our network that are independent. Many people have, chosen to use popular retailers like Costco, Optical, Walmart, vision, Sam's Club, Optical and more. And still others would like to shop online. Places like our websites like glasses.com one 800 contacts befitting and vision works are also available, which is a fantastic way to find care for your, vision needs. You can choose the eye wear style that you want. If you you utilize a private provider. Many of the private providers have what we call our Davis Vision Collection. These are three different collections of frames that are available to you at no cost. Bigger, fashionable names. You'll recognize brand names, and they're really a nice collection. So you can review to see if your provider has the Davis Vision Collection available. Let's take a look at how the plan works for your in-network coverage. An eye exam is available with no healthcare $0 copay, and you can do that for you and your cover. Dependents once every calendar year. Now for frames. Frames works a different way depending on where you're getting your, frames from. If you mention if you go to one of the private practice providers, as I mentioned previously, many of them have the Davis Vision exclusive collections, if you choose, frames from that collection that's covered $0 copay. So it's no out-of-pocket expenses to you for those frames. If you use Vision Works, you'll get a $200 allowance towards those frames, and then all other providers. It's a $150 allowance towards those frames, and you can get frames once a year. Now you're going to need lenses for those frames. And once a year, you can get lenses if you choose, single bifocal, tri focal or lenticular. That is a $20 copay if you upgrade, to, put some tinting or scratch resistant coating, the kids polycarbonate coating, I highly recommend that my, boy, when he was in seventh grade, got glasses and, he beat them up pretty well. So if you have a child that needs glasses, I would highly recommend, getting the, the carbonate polycarbonate covering oversize lenses as well. Those are also covered with $0 copay if you have some of the other, upgrades to your or needs specific needs to door lenses, things like progressive lenses or UV, coatings, scratch specific scratch resistant coatings beyond the base coating and then anti-reflective coatings. Those are fixed co-pays amounts. And there's a schedule that's available in the materials that you'll, have access to. You can take a look at that. That's available once a year. Now, if you are, interested in contact lenses like the collection of, frames, our providers have collections of, contact lenses. So, if your provider, when they do your evaluation, believes that the collection, contact lens within the collection is, the right fit for you, and you can utilize those, it would be covered. The fitting in the evaluation for the collection would be covered. It's a $20 copay. And then the actual contact lenses are covered at $0. So you get, your boxes of, four boxes of the contact lenses that are in the collection, for $0. If, your particular situation, the, the contacts that they're suggesting for you don't fit the collection, type of lenses, the fitting in the evaluation, you'll get a 15% discount on that. And then the actual lenses, we offer, $150 allowance on that. So, that's all available to you at, once a year, and you can either get frames, and lenses, or you can get contacts. So what most people do with that is if they want to have both, they'll, upgrade the glasses one year and get the contacts the next year back and forth. couple more things to talk about on the plan. There's a laser vision correction. Feature can save between 40 and 50% off the national average price for traditional Lasik. This is available at over a thousand locations through our nationwide network of, laser vision correction providers. In addition to you helping with your eye health, this plan offers hearing discounts. So the National Hearing Network is a partner of hearing care, that we partner with, hearing care professionals across the country. And it offers, discounts on services like hearing aids and access and accessories. So you can find out more about that, through the plan information. And then all glasses are going to come with a breakage warranty. The Davis vision glasses in that exclusive collection are, available, with a one year warranty. And, it's for breakage repair for the frames or the lenses. So a really nice additional feature, because we've all had a situation where it's either happened to us or we've seen somebody put their glasses down and they get stepped on or, they fall and break. So it's very they're very delicate. And we want to make sure that they're covered. So that breakage fee is a really nice feature. The breakage word. You'd like to find a an in network provider. Simply go to masslive.com up to on the landing page. It's going to be there's gonna be a nice window that says how can we help you today? Look for find a vision provider, and then it'll give you the various networks that MetLife has in our, portfolio. You're going to want to click on the Davis Vision.
