Maplewood Apartments Available for Faculty & Staff

Cornell University recognizes the important role that housing plays in supporting the missions of the institution.  Under the university's operating agreement with Greystar, the property management company for Maplewood, Cornell has the opportunity to offer a limited number of units for lease to benefits-eligible faculty and staff interested in living at Maplewood.  Units are available on a first come basis and will be available for lease under this program beginning February 1 until May 1, 2023.  New leases are for the period of August 20, 2023 - July 31, 2024.
