Student I-9 Processing HUBs for Spring 2026
To help manage the high volume of student hires at the start of the semester, Cornell will host Student I-9 Processing HUBs.
During the weeks of January 19 and January 26 (excluding Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), student employees who are unable to meet with their department’s I-9 representative(s) within the required three-business day window of their start date may visit a designated HUB to complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 with an authorized Cornell representative. The HUBs will be open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is required, and the process typically takes about 5–10 minutes.
HUB Locations
- Day Hall, Suite 150 –144 Feeney Way
- Statler Hall, Suite 135 - 106 Statler Drive
Section 2 of Form I-9 must be completed within three business days of an individual’s start date.
