What To Know
Endowed Employees
- Change your address in Workday which will automatically update:
- Cornell payroll, taxes, mailings
- Retirement plans (CURP, TDA, 457(b) accounts)
- Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
- Flexible Spending Accounts
- Basic Life Insurance
- Voluntary Insurance Plans (Group Universal Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Auto, Home, Pet, and Legal Insurance)
- How to Change Personal Information in Workday (PDF)
Contract College Employees
- For NYSHIP Medical and Dental plans via one of these options:
- Log into MyNYSHIP and update your address.
- Complete the PS-850 form and mail it directly to NYSHIP at the address on the form
- Send a request to the Benefit Services Help System to update your address with NYSHIP
- For Employees Retirement System (ERS) pension (NYSLRS):
- Update your address online or by postal mail by submitting form rs5512 (must be mailed to the address on the form)
- Change your address in Workday which will automatically update:
- Cornell payroll, taxes, mailings
- SUNY ORP
- TDA and 457(b) accounts
- Flexible Spending Accounts
- Voluntary Insurance Plans (Group Universal Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Auto, Home, Pet, and Legal Insurance)
