Workday Learning Is Coming!
CULearn courses are moving into Workday Learning, offering improved convenience and a host of new services.
Why Workday Learning?
As Cornell's human resources platform, Workday already manages personnel data, pay, time off, benefits, recruiting and career development opportunities like gigs and mentoring. By integrating our non-credit learning programs now housed in CULearn, it will be easier than ever for employees to find and take advantage of compliance and career-building workshops, and for people leaders to assign and manage learning for their teams.
- More user-friendly interface: Employees are already familiar with Workday, which features easier to use navigation and pop-up guidance.
- Custom recommendations: Workday Learning will suggest career development courses based on an employee's personal profile, skills, and career goals.
- Track achievements: Workday will record your courses, making the performance dialog process more efficient and accurate.
- Easier for people leaders: Assign and track learning progress for your team all in one place, including custom messaging you can tailor to your needs.
When will it be live?
The University is steadily advancing towards the launch of Workday Learning. It is set to be released in early fall (September), with careful consideration of start of semester activities. A variety of just in time training opportunities will be available as we approach the date.
