Student I-9 Processing HUBs for Fall 2025

To help manage the high volume of student hires at the start of the semester, Cornell will hostStudent I-9 Processing HUBs.  

During the weeks of August 18, August 25, and September 1 (excluding Labor Day), student employees who are unable to meet with their department’s I-9 representative(s) within the required three-business day window of their start date may visit any of the four designated HUBs across campus to complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 with an authorized Cornell representative. HUBs will be open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The process typically takes about 10 minutes.  

HUB Locations 

  • Bruckner Hall, Suite 220 - 208 Mann Drive
    • Note: This location will be closed on Friday, August 29
  • Day Hall, Suite 150 - 144 Feeney Way
  • Statler Hall, Suite 135 - 106 Statler Drive
  • Thurston Court Office Building, Room 102 - 223 Thurston Avenue 

Section 2 of Form I-9 must be completed within three business days of an individual’s start date.  

To complete Section 2 of Form I-9, individuals must presentoriginal, unexpired documentsto verify their identity and employment authorization.Photocopies will not be accepted.
