These in-person and virtual workshops give Cornell staff opportunities to invest in their personal and professional growth and well-being. The week’s events will center on various aspects of educational exploration, professional development, wellbeing, and community in the workplace.

Using the Prosci ADKAR model, the employee orientation mitigates employee resistance by preparing them for change.  The program addresses employee concerns and equips them with the skills and framework necessary to thrive through change
