Inclusion and Belonging roles can support one or multiple constituents within the University (including students, faculty, and staff) with offices located more centrally as well as individually within colleges and units.

Types of Jobs

Inclusion and Belonging roles include a progression of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialists, that advance to management track positions as DEI Manager, DEI Director, and DEI Senior Director. Responsibilities can include creating and implementing programming, tracking analytics and managing data, communications, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
