Carolyn Chow’s career has been devoted to diversity and inclusion in higher education. She came to Cornell after 19 years of serving as Director of Admissions and Student Diversity at the University of Washington School of Nursing. She joined Cornell University in May 2019 as the Staff Recruiter and Inclusion Program Lead for the College of Veterinary Medicine. She became a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Office of Talent Attraction and Recruitment in October 2022. Carolyn loves and appreciates being supported in making a positive impact in the community and at Cornell through her work. Freddie Salley is a Recruiter at eCornell. Freddie joined eCornell in November 2021. She is responsible for all of eCornell’s recruiting, managing end to end recruitments, including partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, creating position descriptions, and identifying qualified candidates.
Prior to joining eCornell, Freddie was the Assistant Director of Advising in the College of Engineering at Cornell.
Freddie has an M.A. in English from Clemson University and B.A. in History from University of Maryland, College Park, MD.
