Aetna Retiree 80/20 Plan
The Aetna Retiree 80/20 plan provides coverage for Cornell retirees and their applicable dependents who are eligible for Medicare.
For Medicare-covered services, you may choose any licensed doctor or hospital that is eligible to receive payment under Original Medicare (Parts A & B). Your provider must participate in Medicare for reimbursement and will be able to tell you if they accept Medicare assignment (see Plan details below for more information).
You’re covered for medically necessary urgent and non-urgent care when traveling anywhere in or out of the United States. Prescription coverage included under OptumRx.
Individuals have three ID cards:
- Original Medicare A & B Card,
- Aetna Retiree 80/20 Card,
- OptumRx ID card for pharmacy.
