Aetna Medicare Advantage Plan (MAPD)
The Aetna Medicare Advantage preferred provider organization (PPO) plan offers benefits beyond Original Medicare (Parts A & B). It also offers other services and programs available to Aetna® members. To enroll, you must contact Aetna Retiree Service Center via telephone or online to elect coverage and be eligible for Medicare Part A and enrolled in Part B.
You can use Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO providers in or out-of-network. You’ll pay less if you choose Aetna MAPD network providers. You’re covered internationally for medically necessary urgent services.
Individuals have one Aetna Medicare Advantage ID card for doctors/hospital visits including prescription needs at pharmacies.
Plan documents will be delivered to your home address and administered by Aetna. Once enrolled you may access online.

Important: If you decide to cancel your retiree health insurance at any time for any reason, you will not be able to re-enroll at a later date. Upon your cancellation, the health insurance coverage is forfeited for yourself and your covered dependents.
