A virtual option is available. Zoom information will be sent to those who RSVP that they wish to attend virtually a few days prior to the event.

During this event graduates have the opportunity to share a little about their experience in completing their degree. Staff graduates who have not already done so, can submit their photo and bio information by Friday May 13th, in order to be included in the event program. Those who do not submit a bio will be mentioned in the program by name, degree of completion, and university of completion only.

This event is by invitation only for staff graduates from academic year 2022 (including December 2021 graduates and summer 2022 graduates). If you meet this criteria and did not receive an invitation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Attending In-Person & Virtually:
Employees who work fully remote are welcome to attend and encourage you to attend in-person. All employees in attendance will be expected to follow the current health guidelines. See below for guideline links.
The Staff Graduate Reception program will be available simultaneously via Zoom. Zoom participants will be able to experience the presentation virtually, with a live look-in.
Those who have RSVP’d that they wish to attend virtually will receive a Zoom invitation a few days prior to the event.
For those who do not currently have a parking pass, Daily Decision Parking Options are available. The Peterson Lot, located directly across the street from Stocking Hall, is a Daily Decision parking lot.
This event will be observing current Cornell COVID-19 guidance for indoor events. All students, faculty, staff, and visitors are not required to wear masks but may choose to do so if they wish. Event planners will continue to do their best to provide social distancing for seating arrangements.
