As a part of the campus-wide Employee Appreciation & Recognition Programs, Service Awards takes an opportunity every spring to recognize those staff members celebrating service milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years. This tradition of recognition is a grateful celebration of the outstanding staff whose work contributes to the success of Cornell’s students, faculty, alumni, and colleagues at the university.
The Employee Recognition team is excited to announce that starting September 9, 2019 staff celebrating these years of service milestones will now be recognized on the actual date of their work anniversary. Awardees will receive an email notification delivered from the Employee Appreciation portal (recently launched in February 2019) congratulating them on their milestone and will include any details regarding years of service points, if applicable, which they can redeem through the Cornell Store or Amazon right on the portal.
