Student Employment Changes - Completing Form I-9

All students who work on campus must complete an I-9 Form prior to starting work but no later than the third day of employment.

Students should submit Section One of the I-9 Form in Workday (via https://hr.cornell.edu/workday) prior to bringing their I-9 documentation to a Cornell representative or the central hubhttps://studentemployment.cornell.edu/i-9-hub-locations office. Please refer to The List of Acceptable Documentshttps://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents/list-documents/form-i-9-acceptable-documents for guidance on the types of documents required, and please note that all documents presented must be original and unexpired. We are not allowed to accept copies, pictures, or faxes of documents.
