Are you experiencing significant stress caused by the need to downsize and/or declutter? If so, this workshop is for you!  Join us, as professional organizer and small business owner Linda Story, walks us through strategies to address these life challenges.

Linda decided to become a professional organizer following her 2003 move to Ithaca. This eleventh relocation heightened her enthusiasm for managing life’s transitions well. Retirement, downsizing, moving, or a change in health or relationships—all can be better met using strategic planning, smart practices and the support of a knowledgeable and neutral ally.

An educator for twelve years, a writer and photojournalist for thirteen years, Linda launched Clear the Way Organizing, LLC in 2005. Her specialties include coaching best practices for downsizing for a move, clutter clearing, implementing individualized time management and To Do systems, and maximizing the usefulness of one’s gifts of time and living spaces.

A member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, and NAPO's Golden Circle, Linda wrote the monthly "Get Organized” article for the Ithaca Journal for seven years, in addition to Clear the Way Organizing’s periodic newsletter.

She and her husband enjoy visiting their four children and their spouses, located from Alaska to Portugal. Their avocations include travel, photography, curiosity-fueled explorations, kayaking, and occasionally, gardening.
